Corent

An API that routes a request across more than 1,000 AI models from 50 or more providers. Corent's routing layer now uses Jev to decide what a request needs and how confident it is in that route before generation happens, falling back to a safer model below a set confidence level.

Model pool
1,000+ modelsAcross 1000+ models, this changes how we route.x.com

Corent is an API that routes image, video, voice, and text generation requests across more than 1,000 models from 50 or more labs. A developer sends a prompt, a workload type, and a quality level instead of picking a specific model. Jev now sits at the front of that routing decision.

Jev does not generate the output. It helps decide what a request actually needs, how confident Corent is in that decision, and whether to take the route or fall back to something safer. Corent ties the confidence requirement to the economics of each workload: a 2-cent image can tolerate more uncertainty than a $2 video clip, so workloads get different thresholds depending on cost and expected quality. If the confidence is too low, Corent stops guessing. The post sums it up: routing was never really a text problem, it was a decision problem.
